The Nut Cracker Returns

The Grand Rapids Ballet’s Nutcracker is back this holiday season.

The production will run Dec. 12–14 and Dec. 19–21 at DeVos Performance Hall.

Follow Clara and her Nutcracker Prince through a magical journey filled with dancing snowflakes, dazzling sets by The Polar Express creator Chris Van Allsburg, and Tchaikovsky’s classic score performed live by the Grand Rapids Symphony.

GVSU’s New Military Promise

GVSU is expanding its Military scholarship program. It’ll now guarantee admission to any active or retired service member (including anyone committed to service). Along with admissions, the program will also provide a $500 per-semester tuition grant to service members. | Read more

Mel Trotter Ministries’ annual Code Blue Drive is now active through the end of this year. The drive is collecting winter essentials for unhoused locals. You can drop off coats, scarves, boots, and hand warmers at various participating businesses and banks. | Learn more
