Local Nonprofit Gives GR Moms A Break
A local nonprofit focused on postpartum support called MomsBloom, treated local moms to some well-deserved self-care over the weekend. In a private event, they hosted massages, acupuncture, yoga classes, and women-owned wellness vendors, plus complimentary childcare and cafĆ© treats. The best part? Donations from the event went to support MomsBloomās ongoing mission to uplift new mothers. | You can read more about the nonprofit here

Giving Everyone A Chance on The Ice
West Michigan Special Hockey Association (WMSHA) wrapped up its season yesterday at Patterson Ice Center. The nonprofit hosts a friendly tournament pairing kids and adults with disabilities alongside Davenport University and Sparta High School hockey players. To highlight that hockey truly is for everyone Grand Rapids has tons of cool programs like this. And itās always heartwarming whenever I come across them. | Interested in joining or volunteering? Check out WMSHA's website here.
