Good morning, Grand Rapids. I’m LeQwane and this is Calder News on a fine Friday morning.

Fun fact: the Winter Olympics are about 3 weeks from today. Although the events are happening all the way in Italy, we do have World of Winter here in Grand Rapids.

Walk Your Plans | 📍 5801 Weller Ct SW B, Wyoming, MI 49509

There’s nothing like getting a job done right the first time. Especially when it involves real estate.

Because fixing plans in the design stage is inexpensive. But making the same changes mid-construction can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

Walk Your Plans of West Michigan projects walkable floor plans at 1:1 scale.

By bringing your project to life, you can anticipate challenges, make adjustments, and ensure every detail is perfect.

The Big Freeze

Bundle up.

We’re gonna get dumped with snow all day today, with about 2 to 4 inches possible and slick roads by 2-3 PM.

And according to the actual weather guys (definitely not me), the snow and flurries will stick around through Saturday, with a major temp drop early next week with highs near 10 degrees.

Plan extra drive time and keep the shovel handy.
