Zoning Updates in Wyoming

Wyoming is exploring zoning changes that would let thousands of older homes add renovations, expansions, and garages that previously were not allowed. The proposal would give residents more flexibility to update their homes instead of moving out. The final vote on the proposal is still months away, but locals and leaders are excited for the changes. | Read more

The on-ramp at US-131 southbound at Market Avenue downtown will be closed between 7 AM - 3 PM all day this week.

🍬 Red Kettles Around Town

Over the weekend, The Salvation Army launched this year’s Red Kettle campaign. The program launched in the 1890s and requests donations to suppor those in need.

🐟 Late Night Street Food

On Friday, The Sovengard is hosting its final late-night street food event with Kaffeine Place. There will be Korean street food, live music, a dance floor, and soju cocktails.

Talking Shop

💿 The Full Circle Record Shop → A vinyl, record, and CD shop is opening soon on 28th Street. The store is currently looking to buy used products for its launch.

🥤 McAlister’s Deli → McAlister’s Deli is set to open at 3120 Alpine (near the Target, Panera, and old Toys R Us) today. This will be the company’s 5th location in West Michigan.
